Resource Groups
Resource Conservation Groups ("RCG"s) are comprised of interested stakeholders committed working with each other and with Dominion to identify project issues and to develop recommendations for addressing/resolving the issues. They address process issues and provide a forum for further discussion and cooperation. Also, there are smaller teams whose focus will be on resolution of specific ecological issues and related studies (Technical Working Committees or "TWC"s).
Three RCGs have been formed for this relicensing project:

Fish, Wildlife and Water Quality RCG
Lake & Land Management and Recreation RCG
Project Operations RCG
Respective TWC information is included under each RCG page. Cultural Resources will be evaluated under consultation guidelines as defined by Section 106 of the Historic Preservation Act.
